Applicable Law

The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Costa Rica.


Responsability

Barrel's liability for the condition, quality, and quality of the products is limited to liability under the Consumer Protection Act and/or any other applicable law. Barrel is limited to the replacement and/or repair of the products. Barrel is not liable if the instructions provided regarding the installation of a product have not been followed or for any damage resulting from misuse or lack of maintenance and care of the items. Barrel's liability to any person or entity for loss or damage (consequential or otherwise) caused by or resulting from a failure, defect, or deficiency is limited to the minimum amount required by law.


Vehicle parts removal

In some cases, it may be necessary to remove parts from your vehicle for installation. In some cases, removing these parts inevitably destroys them and renders them unusable. If necessary, the removed original parts are disposed of on the same day as installation. If you wish to keep these parts, please inform us before beginning any work on your vehicle. Please note that in most cases, removed parts are not suitable for transport in your vehicle due to their size and condition. Their loading and transport are your responsibility.


Intellectual Property Rights

The content, its information, product designs, illustrations, photographs, graphics, images, logos, text and other materials published on this website and other media are the intellectual property of Barrel and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, database and other intellectual property and similar proprietary rights, including, without limitation, all rights in materials, works, methods, techniques, technical information, trademarks, the style or presentation of goods or services, creations, inventions or improvements or additions to an invention, confidential information, know-how and any related research efforts of Barrel, moral rights and any similar rights in any country (whether registered or unregistered and including applications and the right to apply for them anywhere in the world), and the intellectual property rights in and to the material and content supplied as part of this document shall remain the property of Barrel and/or its licensors. Any infringement will be prosecuted.
