Warranty

Barrel offers a 5-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects. These defects must be verified and provided the buyer has complied with the agreed terms, including payment. The warranty does not include scratches, dents, or any defects resulting from use, including: misuse, overloading, lack of maintenance, incorrect or deficient assembly or installation. This warranty does not cover damage to any person or vehicle, electronic equipment, or cargo. Proof of original purchase is required. The performance of materials and fasteners may be compromised by the user's will or if the product is used in a manner not anticipated. Barrel reserves the right to repair or replace the product covered by the warranty terms or to refund the amount paid if it is not possible to offer a product of the same model. Barrel will not accept or pay any invoices submitted by third parties for the repair of defective products. Barrel is not responsible for claims not covered by the warranty. 

Returns

It is possible to return a product as long as it is in the same condition as when it was delivered and is returned within 10 days of shipment. Returns for distributors have a restocking fee of 5% of the product value, which will be deducted from any credit for the returned product.
